Confused Premi with Level 4 Brain Swelling!

My son just had a baby girl (Maria). She was born 3.5 months early - weighs 1.6 pounds, and now has a level 4 brain swelling!

Any feedback would be helpful!

Has anyone had any experience using Arnica to reduce swelling from brain swelling?

Thanks
Dr. Mac

Default

i don't have any experience with arnica and never heard of it being used on a preemie.

i was a NICU nurse for 35 yrs. that's such a small baby and they are prone to so many problems along the way to getting bigger.

is the brain swelling actually a bleed? a grade 4 isn't good news but some of the blood can be absorbed.

i will con't to send prayers to the little one and your family.
God bless.
