Default Hope someone has some answers

I played high school football before 2009 and suffered multiple concussions in 2 years. Never had any real problems until the past couple years and have suffered from anxiety or panic attacks not sure which one. Every time I engage with groups or have a minor problem with my health I go into panic mode. Work has even become a cause of anxiety. Even when I go do stuff with my family I get it. It's constant and don't know what brings it on. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
