Welcome to NT although I'm sorry for the reason you're here. There are a bunch of great people here with a lot of knowledge. I've also been recently diagnosed with SFN. I'm sure I'll have questions that I'd like to bounce off of you along the way. I find it helps to have others with the same conditions validate what you're feeling.
