Default Hydrocephalus VA shunt, and 2 LP

I have a VA shunt that is 32 years old and was put in when i was 3 years old. it has never been revised, i received 2 lp shunts when it failed when i was 13, I had severe headaches ( i wanted to die), blurred and double vision, and photosensitivity when my shunt failed. I have since had to where glasses and have a lazy eye. my right side is unco ordinated.
I have headaches once in a while that i learned to cope with. late last year i started getting migraines that did not stop for days, the first was 3 days long, the second was 5, advil, or percocet did nopthing, until zomig or novoketoralac or it just went on its own.
My doctor has taken 4 months to get me to a neurosurgeon. i have had a ct scan, and an ultrasound. all show nothing. yet they don't know hwy the headaches, high pitch frequency npoises, and pains in my abdomin that change location, along with pain in my groin, mind you i think i am just crushing them when i sleep. my head feels swollen at the back of my head and my heart sometimes pounds like a 3o year old car that misfires. I am slim and don't eat fast food much. i ride a bike less than i use to but ride. i sometimes have a loss for words that are simple of everday use. yet i remember numbers like rain man. ever since i can remember i have been socially challenged, i don't make many friends. i have a great job but people don't like me much cause i am a perfectionist.

i am getting another ct scan, and finally xrays to see how the lp shunts are sitting. my docotr refuses to look at my VA shunt, yet i am concerned as it is the oldest and in a critical spot. it was installed in Germany so the doctors here in Canada have no background on it. every one I have met with HydroC. has had revsions to there valves. I never had any for the VA shunt and well... the LPshunts I just twisted and they reinstalled. technology has changed a lot in twenty years. and docotrs here only seem to be concerend if there is blood dripping or if i am unable to walk or talk.

my symptoms are:

High frewuency noises in one or both ears
pain in abdomin
swollen, stuffy back of head feeling and mild headaches to pounding
loss for simple every day words or stuff
stumbly or loss of balance
tired through out the day
numbing in both hands at times, like driving or holding a phone
cramping of hands working with tools
pain on right hip bone when standing

any words of wisdom may help
