I am a 42 year old female that is currently experiencing symptoms of Sjogren's with neuropathy involvement. Some days I am a complete painful mess

Other days I can function fairly well. Most of my neuro pain is in my face..teeth and gums and outer ear. I have numbness and tingling that comes and goes all over my body, but mostly in my hands, feet and scalp. I also have Raynauds. The Sjogrens part causes all over body pain with painful glands and excessively dry eyes, throat, and mouth. I am currently taking no medication besides monthly B12 injections and weekly Vit D prescription supplements. I have been married for 25 years and have a 14 year old daughter. My symptoms began when my daughter was a year old and have progressed slowly over the years. The past 2 years have been the worst. I take one day at a time and try to remember to enjoy my good days and hang tough through my bad days. I have a great sense of humor which gets me through rough times. I hope to learn many things from other members on this site since the neuro part of my disease is new to me...about a year now. Any advice would be helpful... I don't want to take pain meds unless I get to the point where I have to. I am interested in treating the cause of the neuropathy...such as inflammation etc. Thanks Mary
