Oh my....I would be frantic too in your situation. I haven't had any experience in this area, but here is the link to NT's Chiari Malformation forum. It looks like there have been some prior discussions about Post-opChiari Malformation surgery.

Wishing you blessings and hoping you and your young one will soon find comfort. Let us know how things are going when you get the chance!

When I had mine dne,, they sent me home after two days,, so weak my son had to carry me to the car,, ended back in hos[ital two weks later with spinal menigitis,, surgeons will say,, we did our jobs,,, its not our fault that things are worse,, its like a broken car, mechanic willl say we fixed teh problem,, I wish I knew what to tell you,, but I can suggest you raise holy hell to a supervisor in the hospital,, if you dont,, your alone in your fight,, you need to just literally go off on someone,,,, I have had to do almost just that,, things are not right for me,, ,my gutrs dont work,, my legs are stumps,, and I went through that barbaric surgery thinking things woiuld get better
