I give up. I have tried three times to submit an introduction. Only to be logged out and denied access each time I try to 'SUBMIT'.

hello and welcome

if you are writing a very long post it may time out by the system default

the way to avoid that is to check the "remember me" when you log in as that will prevent you from being timed out

Chemar is right, Iain, the system may just have timed out as you composed your post. Immediately to the right of your login entry is a check box for Remember Me, and if you select it your initial dissappointment may be overcome. Give it a try. Goodness, this community is well worth a try. I have found SO much by way of support and information within the threads I hit. How about it? Are you still about?

Just wanted to add my welcome...I did notice you have MS from your profile. We have a very large MS Forum...link below...my hubby known here as the Olhipie was diagnose with MS in 1986.
