Default Hello Paul

Welcome To NT..... This place is a bright spot in a hurting world!
You're certain to get lots of support here.

How long ago did you have your fusion?

The "Spinal" forum would be a good place to start......
or even using the 'search' feature at the top of the page and typing in key words to your circumstances (such as spinal fusion) will bring up posts of discussions other's have shared.

Stick around! Others will be along with good input!
Everyone cares here!
