Hi! I'm now to the group and have found this to be a very good way to talk with other's. I had a posterior lamanectomy on C3-C7 with rods and screws. I'm hoping I may find someone else who may have a similar condition that I could talk with.......

Just wanted to welcome you to this wonderful forum! You'll find many friendly, caring folks here. There are so many avenues of support.....

Pain is an issue most here have in common, so as you peek in the forums, you'll find you are certainly not alone!

I hope you get some information on your spinal procedure. You can try using the 'search' feature at the top of the page to type in key words to your condition and posts from previous discussions should pop up.... That's one good way of pinpointing your specific concerns....
Just holler if you need help in finding your way around....
