It's so good to have you here! I look forward to learning more about you. It sounds as tho you have been thru a very traumatic experience!
Darlene gave you the direct link to click on regarding your injury....

Also, you had questions regarding how to post, chat ,etc....
Here is the Frequently Asked Q's thread, click on:

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/faq.php
At the bottom left side, there are 3 main topics to click on and you'll get the whole scoop! Also there is a search feature at the top of that page, so you can quickly find info on specific things....just type in a key word (such as "privage messaging" ) and it'll take you straight to that info

Once you reach a certain number of posts, you'll have access to more of the features. New member's posts go thru a short 'screening' period.....which is one of the reasons this forum is so great (and safe!).

Just ask if you have any Q's!

Rae

Hello Kimmyann! You have joined the best, bar none, site on the web. It is chock full of caring, sharing, knowledgeable, comforting, just plain wonderful people. I have some very minor brain injuries (from lack of oxygen) that in no way compare to what you have been through. I so look forward to learning about you and from you. I hope you won't mind if I ask you a simple question, from time to time. I am positive that you will find many folks here that know and will share your specific interests, and that you will talk to often and enjoy the conversations.

Again, welcome and I am so glad you've joined!

Unhappy chronic headache and mild cortical atrophy

Hi,

I'm new here, and don't know exactly how this works. I would like to chat with others about my chronic headache and I'm not sure where to start...
