Default HI I'm new here and am not sure how this works

I wanted to talk to others about my condition and get input on how others are dealing with this same issue. I am 36 year old female and have chronic headaches now for about 6 months, and have had a head CT showing that I have mild cortical atrophy. Anybody else out there with these issues??
