Default My husband did not sleep in days

Hi, everyone, I am new to community. I wanted to find some solutions to help solve my husband's sleep disorder. It does not seem to me that he wanted to sleep at night or during the day. He has ADHD, depression and anxiety. I am from another country and I don't believe medicine is the long term solution. I believe in exercise and healthy diet. My husband can stay up all night long reading his books and cleaning the house. When I wake up in the morning and go to work, he probably takes a nap or nothing at all. He can do that for two weeks on a row then he would sleep for another weeks. He takes all types of meds for his ADHD, depression and anxiety. I am so frustrated with the situation. Hope someone can give me some advice what to do with the situation other than advice on taking medicines.
One thing I know for sure: If I argue with him, it will only make things worse. He will definitely not go to bed.... so one thing I can do right now is not to argue with him and be loving to him but what esle.
