Muscle spasms are the body's way of telling us there's an underlying cause or you wouldn't be having muscle spasms. if the clonus has like more than 5 twitches/jerks/spasms, then it's considered abnormal. How often and how many areas are doing this? It's good you found this site. You can finds lots of information and helpful hints here to try for your problems.
