Default Can anyone help me understand

Is there anyone out here that understand brisk reflexes and some clonus?? Are they always something bad, I'm terrified.?

Hi, and welcome to our community of caring folks.

What I understand them to be and have experienced them myself, it's an involuntary response associated with muscle spasms. Muscle spasms are the body's way of telling us there's an underlying cause or you wouldn't be having muscle spasms.

if the clonus has like more than 5 twitches/jerks/spasms, then it's considered abnormal.

How often and how many areas are doing this?

It's good you found this site. You can finds lots of information and helpful hints here to try for your problems.

Knowledge and understanding has some healing properties to it, so ask away. No question is too silly here.
