Default Piriformis Pain & Allodynia

Hi - Excuse me if this is an already existing thread. This is the first time I have joined a forum. I have been researching Piriformis Syndrome & allodynia for 6 months. Has anyone out there had any success in treating either malady? If I receive a response, I will elaborate on the therapies and medications I have been taking for these. Thanks!
