Default Head burning, stiff neck, and ear pain

Hi everyone,
I am new to this site, so thought I would give it a try. About a month ago I had back pain that lead to SI dysfunction. Since then, my SI is back in place but I have been experiencing ear pain, neck stiffness, and my head feels like it is on fire! Very aggravating and worried. I have been to a doctor that took x-rays and they were fine. He has done blood work and all that was fine. He gave me drops for my ears to help. I don't feel like this helps. I am out of work for a few days because of all of this. I just wondered if anyone has experienced the same things and gotten a diagnoses.

Thanks
