Confused New RSD Need suggestions

Hi Everyone! I'm new to this so bear with me. I have had RSD for the last 6 years following surgery. I also have PCOS w/ insullin resistance - Type 2 diabetes, severe cluster migraines, and sleep apnea. I tried to continue work, and suceeded for 4 years, but the RSD continued to spread until I was released from work during my last disablity leave a year and a half ago after 20 years of on the job. I filed for SSDI and was just denied. I have also lost my insurance coverage. I live in Portland, Oregon and could sure use a good Docter and Attorney. Any help would sure be appreciated.
