Post Howdy from Kentucky

I've never done this before (how many start that way ) Any way,
I have a nickel alergy (recently diagnosed) and was hoping to find some information on the types of food I can and can't eat as well as something to help with the rash. Any and I do mean ANY information would be great!!

Thanks in advance!
