Default Not sure what is wrong... maybe gluten?

Hello!
I am a 29 yr old and I have been having trouble with fatigue for about 6 years now. Recently I started to really have trouble with my fatigue and even my muscles. If I work out I am exhausted for days. I have been to the dr so many times I hate to even count. First time they put me on wellbutrin so that I had more energy. I did start to feel better but not much then they put me on Ritalin for about 6 months then I took myself off that and felt better for a few years. Then the last year or so has become the worst ever. All tests have come back normal.
I am currently on Lexipro cause they said I had anxiety and this really did help. It helped the numbness in my feet go away.
Now I am having high levels of fatigue again and just cannot figure it out. I am thinking it could be gluten but this seems so hard. I really don't care if i get my energy back however. I do have a lot of stomach issues and cannot eat much in the way of dairy. Some things dont bother me too bad but others make my stomach churn right away.
Does anyone have a similar experience? Anyone have any advice? I am so frustrated that I have spent so much on drs and no one can tell me ANYTHING!
