Arrow Hi

My name is Angie, I am 35 and I have been diagnosed with Chiari 1 herniated at 5 mm. I live in a small town and I am not sure what is going to happen. I had a cine mri done last week and the report shows appropriate spinal fluid flow. I see the doctor Thursday and am very nervous. I just dont want to be in pain anymore.
