Frown tarlov cyst

Hi everyone, I'm new to neuro talk and hope that there are others out there who experience the same problems as i do. I have been diagnosed with an 8cm tarlov cyst which apparently has erroded s2 and s3 significantly. I experience all the usual problems that come with tarlov cysts e.g, extreme lower back pain, sciatica etc etc. What i do experience is intermittent neck pain which worsens when i keep my head in the same position too long, eg when using the lap top etc. This can radiate into my right shoulder/neck muscle. Does anyone out there with a tarlov cyst experience neck problem. Please help, Sue
