Default looking for a new pain clinic

I was discharged from my pain clinic because i came up short on one of my pain patches.now i am having a hell of a time finding a pain clinic that will treat me with opiates.i have crps and for the last 3 years i have gone though all types of treatment and the pain patches are the only thing that has made my pain bearable.i live in the pittsburgh pa area.
