Hi! I'm a 73 year old Englishman living in Germany and I have just been told that I have Parkinson's. I have been given AZALECT which seems to have a long list of restrictions and side affects. So far I have had very little side affects but I'm concerned about a couple of things. When I visit my eye specialist they normally give me eye drops to examine my eyes. Should I continue to let them do this. I also eat a banana before going to bed to help stop me getting and cramp. I have a liking for chocolate and cream biscuits but do not eat a lot as I have a chloresterol problem. All suggestions will be welcomed. Bryan
