Default hello everyone

My name is Paul and I am looking forward to communicating with such an interesting group of people.I am a disabled Marine who cannot drive due to my loss of balance.I have had 4 heart attacks-one requiring bypassx4,vertibrobasilar syndrome, diabetes, and I was once shot in the head-fortunatly a glancing blow which only scratched the scull but left a 6 inch scar.Other ailments appear secondary to diabetes.
I am fortunate to have been married 3 times.I retained custody of my two children from my 1st marriage at the age of 13-Paul my son,and Dana my daugter at 8. They are both adult now, Paul is an RN and Dana is a Civil Engineer.
I live in tennessee on a mountain,do not watch TV,and the internet is my only communication with the outside world. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Smile Hi Paul!

Nice to meet you! How long did you serve in the Marines? I spent two years in the Army when I was young and foolish. I'm really glad that you found our site. I was raised on top of a mountain in WVA, but I live in the flat-lands now, just a hundred miles from the east coast in VA.

I'm forty-four years old, disabled myself, and also spend quite a bit of time on the computer, mostly during the evenings. I look forward to getting to know you. I hope you feel free to jump right in and become an active member. I'll be looking for your posts in the future!

Best Wishes,
Idealist

Default Nice to meet you Paul

Semper Paratus:
Well, not ready now, have awful back problems, trying to resolve. My job is the least of my worries. Back problems disrupt everything. No camping, not trips, no vacations. Just try to spend the time off work to get it under control for the next day. Everyday is the same as last. TN is beautiful country living. I am a Carolina person. Take care.
