Default headaches

My son has been having headaches for the last 2 years hes now 12 years old we have tried to get rid of his headaches for a while and our Dr said to try using pressure points if you know any to get rid of headaches please tell me

Is it just normal headaches or is he having migraines? I started having migraines when I was 9.
