Default New and Ready...

Chiari, Reoccurring Migraines, Cluster Headaches, Bipolar, Degenerative Disc, and trying to keep a down a full time job of teaching middle school...
If the above doesn't do me in the stress will. I took today and tomorrow off of work because I just couldn't face work after 10 days straight of a headache with about two hours of relief at a time.
I have wonderful doctors and will get to see my psychiatrist tomorrow but I'm not too sure that I truly need an adjustment of those meds? I feel crapped on at worked on a daily basis and would love to change jobs. (or really just leave working all together but that isn't possible)
What is the best way to use this site for information, help, and helping others(that always seems to help make me feel better when sharing experiences and knowing it might actually help someone else...)???
Frustrated and just plain tired of trying so hard for what should be the "easy" things,
wende
