Default Hi, Gina here!

Hey everyone,

I'm Gina. I'm here because I'm a caregiver for three mentally handicapped men, and I want to learn more about their conditions and how to best give them care. I love my job, but as you can guess sometimes it is very demanding and frustrating. I'm also interested in learning about self-calming techniques.

Thanks

Default Welcome to NT !

Gina,
It's so nice that you found us here at NeuroTalk! Please make yourself at home and jump in any/everywhere! You sound like a special person to have such a wonderful calling...I'll bet you know more about self-calming techniques than you are giving yourself credit for. But, there are many folks here and I'll bet someone will come along who can help you with that info.

Again, so nice to have you with us!
