Default I'm new here too and need help, please !

I've back pain for over 25 years. It would take to long to write what I went through but I like just to write what's happening now.
Of course I had Epidurals in T-Spine and they've always helped but I was greedy and wanted more to reduce the pain. A few month ago I received a RFA (backfired on me) and from then on my pain started to get worse. The first 2 weeks after the RFA I had severe lower back pain (go figure) because I don't have lower back problems. It's the Thoracic. . Now the lower back is only numb.

I week ago I started to really get sick incl.pain ( neck muscle, the whole right side of my back. left arm and yesterday even the legs are hurting now) I realized that I either I had the flu or the cold. My question is, could that have a baring on top of the pain? I've not felt like this in 8 years.

I used to take 4 10 mg Methadone (only once in the morning) and the doctor now wants me to take 2 10mg Methadone and 2 4mg Dilaudid. . . .a.m., noon, evening. It's not enough. Is this usually a dosage for starters?

I'm in such terrible pain and would like to pack my suitcase if you know what I mean.
Anybody out there who can just talk to me. Also, I'm alone here in the Bay Area, San Francisco and in desperate need of talking to someone. I moved here 7 years ago and hardly know anybody. I'm retired and quite frankly I couldn't work anyway. 1 month ago I did everything around the house. Excuse my English because I was not born in this country.
