Confused scared

hi everyone. I don't know how this works but I need help. I'm recovering from c-5 thru c-7 neck fusion. I am now getting pain in the middle of my shoulder blades (burning). Is that normal. I take 2 norcos a day. That really doesn't do much but the pain is worse if I stop taking them. I have not been able to return back to work yet. My operation was on June 14, 2010. can someone hold my hand thru this time.
