Default Hi,I'm pretty overwhelmed

I have been diagnosed with Migraines for 30 years, recently I started having TIA symptoms. I also had the bad luck to break my back in 1994 by falling. I burst L1,they had to go in through a thoracotomy incision to replace the damage. They used a donor vertebra and titanium rods to stabilize it. It took me over a year to recover and I was fortunate to have little pain.
Well flash forward to now and I am having severe pain from my back, having TIA symptoms, severe neuropathy and I feel the local medical community doesn't care or something because I have gone to several doctors here and they act ignorant or uncaring. I feel like I am getting worse and am having cardiac symptoms now and am circling the drain. It's beyond frustrating.
I am caretaking my elderly mother with my sister's help and I am less and less able to do what I need to do.
I really don't know what to do anymore.
