Question Peripheral Neuropathy

Hello To New Friends. My name is Patricia and my story is such a long one.
After years of difficult and painful problems with my legs I was sent to a N. Surgeon who discovered an Arnold Chairi Malformation at that time I was not walking without pain but did not have the burning limbs. I submitted to a
Fossa Decompression which solved the problem of the snaky feelings, but did
nothing to relieve the pain in my legs. Then the same Dr. felt that I should
have a back operation to repair the same pain. NOW, I still have the leg pain, back pain which I did not have prior to the back surgery, but this awful
burning pain is driving me crazy. I am on 4000 Neurontin, Oxycodone (five pills per day, Elavil and Xanax at bedtime. Since my Dr. here in this small town does not know what to do, I watch for groups like this one, not only
for kindred spirits but also to garner what information I can on updated medical progress in this field.
