Default New here, need help... buzzing sound and seizures

My story is rather long and complicated. I am positive I'm a victim of vile unethical nonconsensual experimentation. I can probably prove that more than most making that kind of claim.

This experimentation appears to have several facets. One of them is seizure induction. I have been harassed, threatened with violence, stalked, cyberstalked, and had my internet both hacked and have had pages rerouted. The attitude of the SAO in my state indicates government sanctioning. (I have a case number and a lot of stonewalling and lies.)

It appears that the harassment as well as the timing of the harassment were used to increase fear, anxiety and stress in order to facilitate seizure induction. When I began having what now appear to be simple partial seizures the internet harassers made claims to be attacking me. Maybe they were, but maybe the electric jolts I was feeling came from the seizures.

I have seen that people with simple partial seizures often have a buzzing sound in their head. I have this buzzing sound - only in my bedroom. The thing is that it's not actually in my head - placing my head near an open window makes the sound go away, indicating an external source. I was wondering if perhaps the buzzing is used to induce the seizures rather than being part of the seizure itself.

I'll add that other symptoms I've had include - tinnitus/hissing sound, twitching (not limbs jerking though), middle-of-the-night wakeups with electric shock sensations or loud buzzing in my ears, nausea, major phosphenes including some night attacks that left me seeing stars. This has been going on for over a year. The PPO of my insurance is inept and gave me a referral for an opthalmologist rather than a neurologist. I switching insurance companies and have to wait until the new year to see a new PPO to get the correct referral.

My internet is hacked and rerouted. (I have evidence for that.) In addition, when I ask questions in forums many times the actual abusers are the ones responding but I hope that someone out there might be able to answer my question. Also, it would appear that very few people would be qualified to do this kind of experimentation - any exposure of this problem would be appreciated.
