I was searching and I guess its not just me but still I have questions. I recently had to stop taking cymbalta because my insurance wont cover it anymore. Well since I have stopped I have some pretty strange things going on. First my lips and tounge are tingly and numb and turn blue. Second I can hear my eyes moving in my head, both of them not just one. No matter what I am doing I can hear them swishing around looking from side to side. Its creepy and I dont know why this is happening, my husband thinks I'm nuts!

Has anyone out there ever had these strange symptoms when you stopped taking medication?

I'm sorry to hear of your struggles... they sound very frightening to me.

Did your doctor switch your medicine? Did you titrate off or just cold turkey?

Scary stuff going on with eyeballs moving inside your head. Have you mentioned this to your doctor?

And you are not crazy. The side effects of Cymbalta are well known, and I can't even imagine what happens when you go off of it. Someone has asked if you went off cold turkey? Not a good thing to do.

I do hope you get some answers.
