Default back and leg pain

hi my name is tom im 45 years old. i have had back issues for years. two surgeries. first surgery i hade a ruptured disc l5 s1 with great results no pain. 2-3 years later started to get burning, tingling in one leg then both legs intofeet. doctors said theres nothing rong with mri. degenerative disc disease no big deal. symptons got worse and lasted for 3-4 years seeing different doctors. i stumbled onto disc replacement stenum hospital in germany. contacted them sent all medical info and they said the surgery would relieve my symptons so i went. after surgery i hade some relief and it took a year or so for most of the leg pain to subside. now about six years later same symptons are back for about 3 weeks now including the grion area. xrays show no change. doctors say the nerves are irritated. any suggestions on how to calm things down. no back pain just stiff from taking it easy. dont no why pain is back and not sure what to do. help!!! thanks tom
