Red face Glad to find this site!

I was diagnosed with MG in 2010 and have been looking for a place to talk to others that are traveling the same road. When I tell someone why I feel bad sometimes, I get an empty stare. This body has been good to me for many years and now that I have developed MG, I want to be good to my body and help it feel better.
I began treatment with Mestinon and Predisone. What a trip. Within 45 minutes my vision was clear, I could speak clearly, and I felt like a million dollars. Since that time, I have been able to stop the mestinon and change from Predisone to Immuran.
Since leaving Predisone and intrducing Immuran, I feel like I am 100 years old. I ache all over and nothing seems to help. I was walking a mile 5 days a week but now can barely make it from the car to the house.
My Neuro says deal with it, my pc says it may be arthritis..but I was going 90 to nothing before the predisone and Immuran??? Do you have any thoughts?

I know that prednisone is horrible for you. I was on it for a year and hated it. I gained like 30 pounds. Do you think maybe a change in your medicaiton could help? There are other options beside imuran. Why did you stop taking mestinon?
