Hi,

So sorry to read about your accident and problems from it.

Blood clots are difficult to treat and deal with. You have to be mindful of those and not massage or cause them to break loose.

As far as healing, it don't always come easy for some.

You do have to look to other things when the traditional things are not helping you.

I have had some success with injection therapy and some not so good results. So you take it as it comes. I did try.

Botox is something you might want to look into. Do your homework and research. It did give me relief in my scalenes. Expensive but worth it. I don't think you should have too many of those, though.

I found LED and infrared light therapy pads to be most helpful. I can sell those but haven't had time to develop the business. Here is my upline. She is a wonderful, understanding person. http://www.healthlightz.com/

I would like to know what you think about them if you try them. massage therapists and physical therapist have them also. I hear in Europe they use them as part of their course of treating patients.

It sounds like you have a few bad problems to deal with. Sometimes it helps to write things down, pain log, medication log, activity log to see what you may be doing that either helps or hurts your pain level.

You know your own body best. You will have to figure things out to help yourself improve.

There's lots of friendly people here who care and will be glad to tell you about their experiences. Try the "SEARCH" feature above for better results for your specific concerns and needs.

I pray you find some peace today.
