Heart what I am doing to fight my pain

HI Everyone, I hope this can help others, I am struggling for the last 6 month with severe back and neck pain, bulging in S1 L5/4 with sciatica in both legs and neck pain with numbness in hands at night mostly.
Life is being hell, I am super active, and now for the past 6 month, struggling to go through each day, here is what I am doing to reduce sciatica symptoms in my legs and neck. so far it is helping, but still very sore back and better neck. I am getting an injection next week in my lumbar, because I am worn out mentally, with depression, and want a break from the battle. I tried all kind of stuff and the worse was more flexion exercises from a physical therapist. I went back to the following :

ok I do Egoscue method : "pain free" to get realigned, and it is helping big time
2/ doing also treat your own back Robin Mc Kensies 5 to 6 times a day
3/ doing also treat your own neck by Robin MC kensies. 2 time a day.
and I am forcing myself to move again, after 2 weeks doing less = more pain
walking the dog. and still working physically
bending with knee bend/ no bending with leg straight. lifting light
no sitting without a lumbar roll. to avoid slouching and yes more bulging...
Treat you own back as reduced my sciatica by 70 %
egoscue is keeping my body realigned.
neck exercises from treat you own neck, really helps too.
Bottom line it's a freaking batttle, and the worse part is my head, I can't do drugs much, cannot digest them, so it's me and the pain. I hope I can help someone outhere, that need to try something new. those method, are keeping me from getting worse, for the time being. I have being doing those only for 3 weeks, so will see with time. open to all comments.
one day at a time, is the only way I can deal with this, if I am thinking about when I used to run uphill, or if I am going to ever get out of this, I am going nowhere... I will keep updating my finding, send me your questions if you want, I need to out of myself to be happier....
cheers virginie
