Default Hello from a new member

Hello everyone. I am one year into a medical crisis, and hope this site might offer some answers. My 16yo son has exhibited unusual behavior for about 3 yrs. Previously he was a great athlete, student and musician. Now he rarely leaves the house. He has a dx of Lyme, Bartonella, and a protozoa called FL1953.

He has very low adrenal function, high ASO and DNaseB titers, and high CPN levels. He also has off-the-charts levels of B6 and B12. He is on 3 abx for the infections, as well as cortisol for the adrenals. His primary Lyme symptoms of achy joints have improved, but cognitive impairment is still significant.
He complains of foggy brain, memory issues, etc, and his neruo-psych eval showed a significant drop in IQ. The main symptom is anxiety, which has resulted in his being unable to got to school for over a year. We have tried a large bag full of prescriptions for anxiety, and they all make him far worse (rages!) He is now on no psychiatric rx. He has recently tested positive for A1298C gene mutation.
The doctor says he doesn't methylate his B vitamins and needs to be on folic acid, so even tho he shows very high levels of B, he doesn't actually use any of them. I don't know what to do, or where to turn. My lovely son has been suicidally depressed and this has been devastating for our family. I am completely open to any suggestion and will try anything to help him . Thank you if you have read this far!!!
