Angry life after acdf c5-6

I am a 50 yeaqr old male. When i was 39 i had a nasty compression injury of my spine. The damage was not MRI,,ed until 2 yrs later,by this time my life was not my life anymore,In 2003 I had acdf surgery of C5-6 discspace. My life now is not great,I have breathing difficulties,,,Constant pain and very decreased range of motion. If asked if I would have the operation knowing what i know now,I would still have it done!!!!!

I do not work anymore and I live on a disability pension,,Recently i had another bad bump to my head,,this has severely exaserbated the problems i already have.

I also feel an imaginary lump around the scar of operation,,,My doctos told me that it is a hysteria!! Oh really,,well it feels very real, when it swells up,I have breathing problems,,,sometimes i gasp for a breath,,,I also rarely experience hunger,,,Must be a nerve thing.

I have little concentration anymore (dont know if it is related) therefore i dont do much brain work.

Pins and needles are ever present in my right hand and leess on my left.

Is there anyone else out there experiencing similar symptoms???????? \

Would like to hear from you.
