Default femoral nerve neuropathy

I had a very long back fusion on April6th 2008, the surgery lasted 12 hours, when i woke up my left leg was in severe pain, after about a month of excruciating pain my surgeon referred me to a neurologist to have a EMG, it came back posiyive for femoral nerve damage, that was 3 years ago, my leg is in excruciating pain and I have had 2 more back surgeries since then , one in 2009 and another fusion in 2010, i have seen many doctors and surgeons and my leg is getting worse , not better, my left knee is in excruciating pain, i am on Percocet 10-650, Lyrica, Soma, Xanax, and many other drugs. Before my first surgery I was not taking any of these drugs. I aused to work for General Motors and now I am on total disability. My leg is getting worse and I just saw a knee specialist who told me nothing can be done except pain management drugs. If anyone out there has any answers for me or knows of any hospital or doctors who can help me, please let me know because I am gradually losing the use of my leg. Thank you for any help anyone can suggest
