Default I know I'm not crazy - any neurologists here?

for the past few months I have had facial twitching and/or spasms on the right side; and sometimes a tingling on the left side of my face. my right eye closes and I feel a pulsing on the right side, especially in the ear. there are tremors in mouth area. face generally becomes deformed. all of this tends to happen when I GO FROM A SITTING TO STANDING POSITION

I have had several tests, which came back negative. most of the problems are on the right side of my face - also dizziness and lightheadedness. anyone who recognizes these symptoms - PLEASE HELP

migraine variant came to mind, until you mentioned the positional nature.
Have you been "worked up" for Chiari malformation?
