Unhappy Hi, chronic pain, frustrated

Hello everyone, my name is kim, and I suffer from brachial plexus palsy, and radial neuropathy in my right arm. just today, my neuro told me i may have thoracic outlet syndrome from a tendosinovitis surgery to my right wrist 3 years ago. i went to him with exhausting pain today and he gave me a set of exercises to do. Nothing for pain. I have run the gammut of nerve meds, narcotics, nsaids, I am so frustrated I don't know what to do or who to see for help. i have a very limited income, and zero health insurance. I hurt so much!!Thanks fopr listening.
