Default 3 Drs say RSD but WC Dr. say it is...

Hello Everyone,

Gosh, this looks sad. How is it that people who are well can fake injuries, yet, my husband who is truly hurt cannot get a break? Seems like this is the case with many of you. Seven doctors(3 experts on RSD) have said my husband has RSD, however, the insurance company would only agree to send my husband in for the independant evaluation with this one doctor who was a jerk..."Well, the other seven Drs have their opinion, my expert opinion is that the burning pain, cold temp, wild hair and nail growth is all from you not using your hand at all, you just need physical therapy." (my husband kept working untill he dropped everything he picked up and was pouring tears of pain) Since this "expert" says my husband only had two of the signs of RSD present, and our lawyer is not very forceful....does this mean the judge for the next hearing will throw the case away? -or send my husband through months of therapy while we lose everything we have...or have left? Should we give up?

Charlotte.
