Default elp with tos

hi I was diagnosed with tos actually not sure what type i believe neurogenic 4month ago. I have been doing physio for all this time. My work requires me to use the computer which i think caused this. My company of course denies it. Unfortunetely I ve been off work. I attempted to return on modifiy work but was too painful. I m not sure what else i m suppose to do to get rid of this condition. I tried chiro, accupuncture(helped a little) massage therapy. I do occasionnaly take tramadol for pain at night. Another problem i have is mid lower back pain which wakes me up at night. Very annoying because i feel sleep deprived. physio says it s caused by my tos. Does anyone have that problems too with the tos. This worries me because it s getting worse. i ve had xrays of my back that shoes slight scoliosis and little arthrirtic changes. My chest xray doesn t show extra rib but showed a mass. I then went for a ct scan which i m told is normal.Does anyone have suggestion for me of what to do next.
