Cool HELLO! Great to be here....

I just wanted to introduce myself- Neuropengin. Soooo Helllooooo!

This is my first post. I am here because I want to get well. I have been suffering from Bi-polar 1 and several other things like ADD for 11 years. I am 28 and it is definitely time to get better. I have accepted I have an issue and am fighting to keep happy and energetic.

If anyone has any good ideas about how to keep happy, I am all ears.

See you on the flipper side,

Neuropenguin X
