Default New Here - Suggestions??

I am not ready to let PD be the boss of me! I'm kicking up my cycling and looking to join more rides-PD, MS, ALS. Also, saw a post here from someone climbing Kilimanjaro with a group of people with PD & MS. Sounds wonderful!! I'm thankfully quite active and would like help in finding activities with others that have PD or other neurological disorders. I know there must be lots of local initiatives. I love to travel, so anywhere you are or know of something is a possibility.

I'm new to networking like this. There is so much info on this site, I am a little overwhelmed. If you have suggestions on how to effectively navigate, I'd really appreciate it.
