Default Howdy, notme, & welcome.

Darlene's linked you to the TOS forum, & I hope you've had a chance to stop by there. Read up, ask questions, see what's going on--after a bit, I think you'll begin to feel less in the dark & more connected to a good place & caring people.
I'm glad you found us. I'm pretty new here myself, but I've already found it a good place to be. Can't believe how much I'm learning.

Hi, and welcome

I do hope you're over on the TOS forum by now. There's lots of TOSers over there.

I pray your recovery is going well.

Do not overdo it right now.

This is your window for your best result. There are success stories. It can happen.

Take care...
