Hello - I'm Tomoko..most who know me of fellow japanese call me Tomo or Tomo-chan. Im 25 years old I suffer from Crohn's disease..it has been a challenge..I get cramps every now and then..but they believe it is in remission. I truly believe it is also important about my attitude and the current mood I am in..I notice it can be considerably worse when im not in such a good mood.

welcome Tomoko

my son has Crohn's Disease and we are most thankful that he is finding he can keep it stable by very careful diet and some important nutritional supplements.

Like you, he has learned that stress or emotional reactions can trigger symptoms and that it is part of his successful treatment to practice relaxation, breathing and other stress relieving techniques.

all the best to you
