Default letter communication boards

Hi, I am a social worker with hospice, and I am looking for a communication board for one of my patient's with an illness similar to AlS. We need a basic communication board with letters etc. The patient can move her eyes to look at the letters, but cannot move her hands. Any suggestions on how to make one or where to buy one?

Hi
This is a great place for resources.

I hope everything works out for your patient.

Hospice is a field of its own. God bless you ((()))

If you have access to a Occupational therapist or anything like that.

They can help. But there is a program called board builder I believe.
