Laugh New here - Hydrocephalus

Hi! My name's Lindsey and I'm new to the forum. I just completed my freshman year of college, which has really encouraged me to seek out support from other people with hydrocephalus (and similar struggles). I've located some through Twitter and Wordpress. I keep a blog on living with Hydrocephalus and Bipolar Disorder. (**)

I'm a nerd at heart. I love to play D&D with my buddies on Friday night. I have a collection of comic books that numbers in the hundreds. And I quote Star Trek more often than is probably socially acceptable. My passions are reading and writing. The written word is a beautiful thing.

Nice to meet you all!

My bad. Wasn't trying to spam. Thanks for the welcome! Just poking around for now. There's something for everyone here, it seems! So helpful. I'll be putting this site on my resources page on my site if that's okay with you.

Smile Welcome, Lindsey, to NeuroTalk!

It's great to meet you. Seems we've got a lot in common--reading, writing, bipolar nerds. The charmingest gals on the block, eh? Yep, of course I'm a kinda old nerd--65--compared to your youthful college freshman status!

But I can't do without my computer toys, iPhones & iPads or the android equivalents. I have stayed away from the Twitter & Facebook maze--absolutely NO TIME. Would have to give this up, & this is sanity for me.

I hope you'll explore the links Darlene gave you & introduce yourself there--maybe you have. Keep coming back! Ask questions, check all the information available. There's just no end of information because more links are added all the time. Support for most any need is here too.

If you can't find something, ask. Someone will be along to take your hand & bring you along with them to where you want to be.
